How many sites can I use the Cart Guard on?
Cart Guard Free and Pro and limited to 1 website. You should purchase additional API licenses for Cart Guard Pro. This gives you additional blocks of API calls so you’re never out of validations.
What kind of support do you offer?
We offer a free 15 minute onboarding call with every Cart Guard Pro license and unlimited email support. For Cart Guard Free please visit the WooCommerce Support Forums or our Facebook Group.
What’s your refund policy?
30 Days from when your Trial starts and less than 10% of allotted API usage. Read our Full Refund Policy here.
How do I get updates?
Updates will automatically become available in the WordPress Repo. If an Update is a critical bug fix we will email you directly to alert you of the urgency to update. You can click update in your plugins list or download a copy and install it as a ZIP file manually.
How long does it take to switch from Force Sells or Chained Products?
Typically the whole process can be finished in less than 20 minutes. 3 minutes to import your rules over. The rest of the time just clicking through and verifying your rules. Since we give you a top down view of rules, this process is extremely fast.
What if a power user bypasses my rules using their browser?
We’ve created a Green light/Yellow light system view in your orders. Its very quick to see which orders passed and were verified by Cart Guard. If an order gets a yellow badge, it’s your queue to review and see what is wrong with the order and process it or refund it. This makes taking action on complex business logic a breeze even for hourly employees.
